Foods to Build Immunity

 In this era of Covid-19  , it's very important to Boost Immune system . But thinking how to boost it? It's time to say bye to thoughts and eat following foods to build a strong immune system and a healthy personality. 

       

      1. Fruits (Elderberry,oranges,lemons,limes ) are filled with Vitamins . You can have it for a strong immune system.

      2. Mushrooms are loaded with Vitamin B,antioxidants . It helps to maintain weight .

      3. Spinach is dense in Vitamin A ,minerals. It has fibre that helps in weight loss.

      4. Greek Yogurt is packed with protein . It's not like daily Yogurt . It has less sugar and more protein . It helps to build muscles. It is good for skin and hair also.

      5. Turmeric contains the power to boost immune system . It's low in cholesterol and high in   Vitamin C . One cup of turmeric milk is a good source of vitamins. 

     6. Almonds has protein,fibre,vitamins and calcium.  It's high fat food also . Not  for immune system, it is beneficial for a good number of health benefits also . 

    7.Ginger contains an anti-flammatory power. It is useful for whooping cough. Ginger tea helps to prevent nausea.

   8. Dark Chocolate , Eat dark chocolates and refresh your mood and get a bonus point i.e boost your immune system also.
